Trackers may be placed or read by YMUNIT or by providers involved in hosting, security, consent management, audience measurement or the display of external content.

3. Cookie categories
Strictly necessary cookies
They are essential for operation, security or a service expressly requested. They may be used to:
- ensure the website’s technical operation;
- remember your consent choices;
- retain the selected language;
- secure the form and prevent spam;
- provide load balancing and website protection.
Where strictly necessary, these trackers remain active to ensure website operation or security. Their use is limited to those purposes.
Functional cookies
They enable non-essential functions or improve personalisation. Where no exemption applies, they are activated only after you give consent.
Audience-measurement cookies
They help us understand website traffic and use. Where they do not meet all exemption conditions, they are placed only after you give consent.
Where audience measurement is enabled, the relevant tool, its purpose and retention period are indicated in the CookieYes preference centre. No audience-measurement cookie is placed until you have given consent.
Advertising and social-media cookies
YMUNIT does not enable advertising cookies by default. Social-media trackers may nevertheless be used where external content, a video player, a social feed or an active sharing button is embedded. Where not strictly necessary, these elements remain blocked until you give consent.
A simple link to LinkedIn does not, by itself, require LinkedIn cookies to be activated on the YMUNIT website.
4. Cookies and trackers used
The current list of cookies and other trackers used on the website is available through our CookieYes consent-management tool.
For each category, you can view the cookie or tracker name, purpose, retention period and relevant service or provider.
You can accept, reject or change your choices at any time by opening the CookieYes preference centre using the Manage cookie preferences link in the website footer.
Cookies strictly necessary for website operation and security cannot be disabled. Other cookies are placed only after you have given consent.
CookieYes is the technical tool used to collect and apply user preferences. YMUNIT remains responsible for configuring the mechanism and respecting users’ choices.
5. Your choices
On your first visit, a banner allows you to:

- Reject all ;
- Customise your choices by purpose.
The preference centre makes rejecting as easy as accepting. No non-essential cookie is placed before you give consent.
Neither a lack of response nor continued browsing constitutes consent.
6. Duration of choices and withdrawal of consent
Your choices are retained for the period indicated in the CookieYes preference centre. The website may ask you to renew them when they expire or following a material change to purposes, trackers or providers.
You can withdraw or change your consent at any time using the Manage cookie preferences link in the footer. The preference centre makes withdrawing consent as easy as giving it.
7. Browser settings
Browser settings may allow you to delete or block certain cookies. They do not, however, replace the website’s consent mechanism for trackers that require it.
